MOB is a collaborative Dão wine project by Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal, and Jorge Serôdio Borges, producing granite‑driven, altitude‑shaped Portuguese wines from Quinta do Corujão in the Serra da Estrela foothills 

MOB was founded in 2012 when the three winemakers, already known in the Douro for projects like Poeira, Quinta do Vale Meão, and Wine & Soul, decided to work together in the cooler Dão region
