Shipping via Carrier

If you would like your wine delivered or shipped to you, we will contract with a third-party carrier on your behalf to ship. By requesting delivery of your order, you authorize us to do so.

We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine by the carrier or by weather impacts such as, but not limited to, freezing, heat, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other acts of God out of our control. You are responsible for all insurance as well as shipping costs in accordance with our shipping policies.

We make no representations as to your legal right to ship or import wine from the state you reside in or into any other state; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, obtaining all necessary licenses or permits, and paying all tax or other amounts due.

We ship on your behalf utilizing FedEx Home, Ground, Express, and Overnight. When you are checking out, you will see the rates in your cart in the drop-down when you click to see how much each level of service costs. All shipping costs include the rate from the carrier and the cost of the box certified to ship your order. Ice packs are an additional cost added to your cart before checkout.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance can be added, but you have to reach out to us to add that to your order manually at an added cost. Rates vary for the cost of insurance.

The claim process does take several weeks, and there is no guarantee you or we will be paid for any claims by the carrier arising from any damage to your shipments. FedEx does not pay claims on any weather-related issues that affect your order, no matter the reason, insured or not.

Available Hold & Storage Service

As a complimentary service, we will hold orders for you for free when temperatures are either too hot or too cold, and also when storage space allows, for one season or up to approximately 180 days.

We will only hold wine purchased for 180 days, but can extend that time at our discretion. After 180 days, you agree that Wine Solutions may dispose of any wines in storage by returning them to inventory.
