Winery:
Our first release of this wine, and a different approach to orange wine in the Finger Lakes. Instead of building it around a single varietal, this blend starts with Cayuga White from our historic vineyard, layered with Gewürztraminer skins to bring both aromatics and structure. The fruit was pressed into bins, co-fermented to dryness, then pressed into a Sandstone “Jarre” to age—adding texture without pushing the wine too far into heavy tannin. The result is an orange wine that’s intentionally more balanced and approachable than most.

Tasting Notes:
An orange wine with a light touch. Gentle tannins and subtle texture frame floral and lychee aromatics from the Gewürztraminer, layered over a core of soft peach from the Cayuga White.

That moment when you want to try something new but not commit to a full-on orange wine experience—easy to reach for, easy to share, and surprisingly versatile.
