The NV Extra-Brut L'Hommée is a Chardonnay-based cuvée from some of the estate's oldest vines. This release, based on 2018, is bright and articulate. Lemon confit, white flowers, mint and a touch of spice are laced together. This understated Champagne is all class. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2022.
