Chichée comes from vines planted in the 1950s on a plateau near Premier Cru Vaucoupin. There is a little more generosity to the fruit here, with melon notes balanced by a pronounced mineral character and a salty finish. This is exactly why it is worth paying attention to Piuze’s village wines. Neal Martin singled this one out as a favorite in the 2025 lineup, too!
