Appearance:

Nose:
Highly aromatic, the nose opens with wild strawberry, blood orange, and alpine herbs. There's a distinctive mineral edge, along with subtle notes of rose petals and white pepper—classic Nebbiolo signatures, reimagined in rosato form.

Palate:
Bone-dry and taut, with a fine spine of acidity. The fruit is crisp—think pomegranate, sour cherry, and rhubarb—balanced by a savory, stony undercurrent.
