I love seeing producers shift their cuvées around and adding new ones from existing vineyards, as it shows just how closely they are paying attention to what each vintage has given them.

(89-91) Jasper Morris (Inside Burgundy):
This cuvée is a combination of a new vineyard supply as well as what used to go into the Meursault. Lively fruit with a herbal edge, lemon scented on the palate, sufficiently ripe yet with a lively mineral aspect to finish. Drink from 2028-2032. Tasted Oct 2025.
