A bit introverted and shy, the 2022 Les Binardes from Jean-Michel Stephan evokes aromas of espresso, spices, black olives and black tea leaves mingled with dark wild berries, with aeration, followed by a full-bodied, dense and tense palate with elegant, refined tannins despite the slightly green feeling on the finish. Give it time to chill out. This blend of 90% Syrah (entirely destemmed) and 10% Viognier was matured for 11 months in concrete tanks. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2034
