The 2025er Krettnacher Altenberg Riesling Spätlese Trocken comes from 50-60-year-old vines in the Enkers part of the vineyard. The wine is still quite backward and offers only faint notes of citrus fruit, fern, fresh herbs, a hint of smoke, pear, and smoke. It is still austere on the palate and does not reveal much at this early stage and will need time to reveal its goods. 2030-2040
