Our Tasting Note: It tastes like Primitivo, but it does not feel like typical Primitivo. The pronounced nose rises easily from the glass. On the palate the richness is tempered, in a very good way, texturally this is very appealing. Full bodied, ripe dark red fruits, spices, med+ tannin, black cherry, blackberry, blueberry, black raspberry, and sweet licorice.  Long on the finish, the best Primitivo I have had in years!
