A white Tuscan blend that can change of Malvasia, Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay. This version is Sauvignon Blanc and Mavasia. Medium-bodied, densely flavored with an elegant persistence, white orchard fruits with some floral aromatics and a touch of minerality. Apple orchard, yellow flowers, honeysuckle on the nose.

The 2020 Pepestrino is a bright, aromatic white to drink now and over the next few years. Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon add a lovely exotic element that is so appealing. Drink this refreshing white over the next 2-3 years.
