Our Tasting Note (2023):
Again, 2024 should be brighter a a little fresher as it was a cooler year than the following note we had on the 2023. Pale straw with silver-green highlights, crystal-clear and bright. A delicate yet expressive med+ nose, with aromas of lemon zest, green apple skin, and white peach, layered over subtle notes of chalk, sea spray, and fresh-cut herbs. A hint of yeasty complexity from the lees aging adds depth. Med-minus bodied and electrically fresh, a backbone of bracing acidity and a granite-driven minerality that pulses through the mid-palate. Med+ flavor intensity of fresh lemon, lime, and green pear, with the lees contact bringing a faint creamy texture that balances the tension beautifully. A crisp and mouthwatering finish, with notes of lemon pith, wet stone, and a clean, saline lift that lingers.  Excellent!
