The 2018 Chianti Classico is a very pretty, open-knit wine. Silky and perfumed, this mid-weight Radda Chianti Classico is all finesse. Dried flowers, herbs and sweet pipe tobacco add lovely aromatic nuance throughout. The 2018 finishes with bright acids and plenty of energy. Give it a few years in bottle to come around.

Chianti Classico 2018 Caparsa is the base wine of Caparsa, which is not to say that it is of inferior quality to the other types. It has a pleasantly acidic thorn, typical of Caparsa wines, over which elegant tannins wrap themselves, making the wine fresh and full of vitality.
