Brunn practices traditional fermentation in small tanks in order to reflect the elegant characteristics of its vineyards. The winery has a very old historic subterranean cellar where their wines can mature in perfect conditions. Large neutral Slavonian Oak vats are used to prevent the wood from overpowering the wine. The optimal vineyard soils and climate produce high quality, elegant wines with unique flavors.
