This specific cuvée acts as a beautiful snapshot of southern Burgundy by blending high-quality grapes from multiple prestigious appellations and villages across the Mâconnais.

• Variety: Chardonnay
• Vine Age: Planted from the 1940s through the 2000s
• Terroir: A blend of multiple Mâconnais plots: Igé, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles, Verzé, etc. Jurassic clay-limestone soils.
• Viticulture: Organic
• Vinification: Crushed and pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 11 months in tank (80%) and used barrels (20%).

2024: Produced in two versions—one from fully certified-organic vineyards, and another which includes grapes in their third year of official organic conversion from Mâcon-Verzé “Perches,” marked “bis” on the front label.
