Our Tasting note:  Ruby red core. Aromas of small red berries, black cherry and spices and black tea; medium-bodied, med fine tannins, bright and fresh acidity, juicy and crunchy red fruits lead into a med+ finish.

Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
Vineyards: A selection of fruit from estate vineyards facing south, on clay and flint or “silex” soils. 45 year-old vines on average
Winemaking: Hand-harvested. Destemmed; cold maceration for four days before fermentation on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aged in 300L to 500L older oak casks for 18 months.
