This elegant sparkling wine has a subdued fragrance that reveals delicate floral and nut aromas. The palate is more expressive, offering citrus, tropical fruit and roasted almond flavors. The pleasant foamy texture is accompanied by lively acidity.
Blend: Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Noir 10%.
Winemaker Notes: Selection of fine grapes from highly suitable hilly plots located in different municipalities of Franciacorta. The soil type is calcareous-clayey. Details make the difference, and Antica Fratta's approach to detail is different. Packaging and coordinated image are cared for in a maniacal way, decidedly unusual in the world of wine. A limited production, as well as cured, entrusted to selected partners: this is our idea of exclusivity. We bring man and his professionalism back to the center of the world. We create a direct and close collaboration relationship between those who produce and sell Antica Fratta, so that the project is unitary and shared.

Dusty dried flowers mix with crushed rocks, lemon oil and opal apple as the NV Brut Cuvee Real blossoms in the glass. This is supple and round, quite elegant in feel, with a balanced inner sweetness offsetting hint of sour citrus; an almondy richness forms toward the close. Nuances of burnt sugar and brown spice linger, even as the Cuvee Real maintains a marvelous freshness. There's so much pleasure to be found here. (05/23/2022) Drinking Window (2022 – 2026) - By Eric Guido Our tasting notes:
The is an elegant wine with notes of apple and citrus on the nose and palate. It has a round and dense mouthfeel given its 24 months on the lees. The bubbles are fine and persistent. It has great acidity. Drink now or in the next 4 years.
