Wine made from must flower drained for 24 hours from Sangiovese grapes from Caparsa vineyards and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is pink tending to bright red, the nose is reminiscent of red fruits such as raspberry. The taste is very fresh due to its marked acidity. The wine has not undergone malolactic fermentation and has not reached tartaric stability to preserve integrity and energy. Over time, transparent tartrate crystals may form at the bottom of the bottle. Filtration at bottling was 1.0 to 2.0 µm.
The 2024 vintage was fresh, particularly suitable for light and fragrant wines such as this wine.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Maturation: 4 months in steel barrowls.
Fermentation: spontaneaus, by wild yeast.
Filtering: Yes
