The 2022 Gigondas Le Poste is the standout in the lineup and it’s clearly one of the wines of the vintage. Coming from older vines just up the hill from the château and partially destemmed Grenache it has a brilliant core of red and black fruits graphite Provençal spices and ground pepper. Layered full-bodied concentrated and incredibly well-balanced with ripe tannins it deserves 4-5 years of bottle age if you can and will blow you away over the following two decades.
