Short for Pétillant Naturel, this fun and fruity sparkling wine was handcrafted from Cabernet Franc grapes harvested from our Waterfall Block during the 2024 growing season. Warm and savory pastry flavors are balanced with notes of fresh strawberry and tart rhubarb, making this delightfully effervescent wine the perfect companion to light bites and brunches. The oldest known method of producing sparkling wine, the Méthode Ancestrale used to create our Pét-Nat dates back to at least the 1500s. Fermented in the bottle and unfiltered, it will contain sediment.
