Our Tasting Note: Slightly deeper medium ruby, garnet edges. The nose is deeper here too, with red cherries, wild strawberries, and pomegranate, with floral notes of violets and subtle hints of earth and Mediterranean herbs. same leather and savory nuances, pleasant bitterness. Vibrant, juicy, and well-balanced, with refined medium grain tannins and med/med+ acidity. A med+ intensity on the palate and finish that is fresh and juicy! 13% abv.

  • Extended skin maceration to enhance structure and complexity
