This release marks the seventh anniversary of the Éphémère project, a collaboration between vignerons Fred Savart and Alex Chartogne. The cuvée integrates Savart’s hallmark precision and purity of fruit with Chartogne’s signature textural generosity and site-specific expression.

Sourced from the Grand Cru terroirs of Avize and Cramant, the wine offers an intense and earthy interpretation of these parcels, characterized by significant volume and refinement. Produced in a limited edition of 9,988 bottles, this 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay delivers a precise expression defined by freshness and minerality.
