Named Cotidie, the Latin word for “daily,” this wine was created as a versatile, easy-drinking expression for the table. Inspired by ancient winemaking traditions, it is produced through the co-fermentation of Sagrantino and Trebbiano grown side by side in neighboring vineyards. The result defies easy classification: a vivid ruby wine that falls somewhere between a deeply colored rosé and a delicate red. It carries the hallmark spice and aromatic intensity of Bea’s Sagrantino, but in a fresher, lighter, and remarkably approachable form.
