Tasting Note: A textured, expressive white blend with aromas of quince, citrus peel, and white peach layered over fennel and wet stone. The palate is energetic yet broad, balancing ripe orchard fruit with bright acidity and a savory mineral thread, finishing long, fresh, and subtly saline.

Vineyard: The Roussanne is grown from echalas vines (bush vines - 2 sites) as well as trellised vines (2 sites). The Chenin blanc is grown from trellised vines. The soils are clay-shale rich soil with a high component of quartz rock. Using different varietals from different aspects of the Olifantsberg Mountain, situated at 300 m to 470 m above sea captures all the different characteristics of their beautiful terroir.
