Our Tasting Note: The palate is light to medium-bodied, but don’t let that fool you—there’s real structure and tension here. Bright red fruits (cranberry, cherry skin, wild raspberry) are framed by savory Mediterranean herbs, white pepper, rose petals, and rocky minerality add further complexity. A streak of salinity and finely integrated acidity give it lift, while the tannins are silky and fine, yet persistent and youthful, offering a subtle textural finish without overwhelming the delicacy and charm this wine nails!
This shows the signature restraint and refined minimalism that winemaker Anne Amalric is known for. Fermentation in stainless steel and minimal oak use keep the focus squarely on freshness and transparency.
