Tasting Notes

A deep ruby core with violet reflections. The nose opens with lifted aromatics of black cherry, cassis, and ripe plum, layered with violets, graphite, and fresh herbs. Subtle notes of tobacco leaf, cedar, and baking spice emerge with air.

On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a silky texture and finely knit tannins. The fruit is vibrant and pure, framed by fresh acidity and a savory edge. The finish is long, persistent, and elegant, with lingering notes of dark fruit, spice, and minerality.
