• Terroir: 270-320m altitude, east/southeast exposition, on red clay-loam soil with Middle-Jurassic limestone.

• Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. 100% de-stemmed. Minimal SO2 addition to the must. 12-25 day ambient yeast fermentation in open vats. Aged for 12-24 months in barrels (15-30% new). Blended and aged further in stainless steel tank. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.

A vibrant and beautifully perfumed profile, it features notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and bing cherry, balanced by smooth tannins, an elegant structure, and a firm, stony mineral edge on the finish.
