Serpentina Babić 2019 is an exceptional expression of the indigenous Babić grape, thriving in the rocky soils of the Šibenik region in Northern Dalmatia. Known for its fruity aroma and opulent flavor, Babić offers a unique intensity and a long finish. This wine is crafted from a young organic vineyard on the hills of Jadrtovac, maintaining freshness even in the hot Mediterranean climate.

Composition: 100% Babić. Grown on poor, karst limestone soils.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels up to 28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, then rested in stainless-steel tanks before bottling and released 6 months later.
