Medium ruby, the 2021 Pinot Noir Cuvée Ruth has alluring aromas of cranberry sauce, rhubarb, orange and woodsmoke with generous botanical nuances. The light-bodied palate is chalky and fresh, loaded with perfumed berry fruit, and it has a long, ethereal finish. 500 cases were made.
Wine Notes: Cuvée Ruth Pinot Noir is a barrel selection from their best Pinot Vineyards. It is a blend that represents their vision of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir through the lens of the Eola-Amity Hills.  A blend from their top vineyards: Freedom Hill, Clos de Oixeaux, Bieze, Eola Springs. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and then aged for a year in French oak (30% new).
