Soil: Clay-limestone
Years of vine plantings: 1981, 2000, 2023 and 2025
Cultivation: Organic. The soils are worked and tilled mechanically.
Harvests: Manual with selective sorting in the vineyards.
Ageing: 12 months in 350 liter barrels (approximately 15% new barrels) and 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.
Profile: Pure, clear hue with delicate green glimmers. Very fresh and direct on the nose with
attractive aromas of white fruits. The palate is round with a pleasant minerality and a lively finish. A highly expressive, seductive and complete wine for its appellation.
