The sparkling rosé 2024 Almanua Espumante Rosé was produced with equal parts of Alvarinho, Arinto and red Espadeiro grapes from vines close to the sea and presented without added sugar, as brut nature. The grapes were picked early and co-fermented, with partial malolactic, and some 20% of the volume matured in barrique, oak and chestnut. It has a pale color and a shy nose that is subtly floral and with a spicy twist. It has 12% alcohol, a pH of 3.3 and 6.5 grams of acidity and is fresh and vibrant, with abundant bubbles and some spice notes from the wood. 6,000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in December 2025.
Almanua Rosé Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine that combines elegance and freshness. Partial oak aging adds complexity, while the brut nature character reveals the purity of the maritime terroir in every bubble.

Appellation: IG Minho
Grapes: Espadeiro, Arinto, Alvarinho

Winemaking: Champagne method with barrel and steel tank aging. Brut dosage.
Vinevinu: Father and son duo unite with a shared vision: to preserve the winemaking tradition of the Minho while incorporating innovation and creativity. Luís Cerdeira has over 30 years of experience with the Alvarinho grape, while his son Manuel brings a contemporary approach, together pushing the limits of winemaking.
Almanua F: Reflects the maritime influence in its essence. Fresh and saline, with depth on the palate. It is a wine for connoisseurs who appreciate details, knowledge and precision in the vinification.

The project from father and son Luís and Manuel Cerdeira has finally been baptized as Vinevinu, from the vineyard to the wine. The project was born in the 2024 vintage after many years at the family winery, Soalheiro. They already have nine different wines and control 34 hectares of vineyards. Production is 120,000 bottles. In 2024, they began the harvest on September 2nd in Famalicão, on September 14th in Paredes de Coura and on September 18th in Melgaço, only in high-altitude vineyards. It was a classic year with a good balance between elegance, acidity and complexity in the wines. In 2025, they began the harvest on August 25th in Famalicão and the Vale region in Melgaço, on September 9th in Paredes de Coura and on September 16th in Melgaço in the high-altitude vineyards. It was an irregular year but with stable weather during ripening, and the earlier harvest allowed for increased verticality and precision in the wines.
