Benoit Daridan, a dedicated winemaker, continues a long family tradition at his vineyard located between the iconic Chateau de Cheverny and Chateau de Chambord in the Loire Valley. Known for its unique terroir, the vineyard produces a fresh and elegant wine that mirrors the character of Burgundy's Passetoutgrain, featuring a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay.
Composition: Mostly Pinot Noir with a touch of Gamay. Vine age includes a special two-hectare plot of 50-year-old vines.
Winemaking: The wine is crafted using low intervention and organic methods, ensuring a pure expression of the Loire Valley terroir.
Aging: The wine undergoes careful aging to enhance its fresh and soft profile.
