Our Take: Pale and energetic, this rosé opens on wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and a hint of cherry blossom, lifted by a subtle saline edge. The palate is zippy and mouthwatering, with crunchy red fruit, citrus peel, and a flicker of white pepper, finishing clean, brisk, and quietly mineral.

• Made by 70% saignée, 30% direct press; does not undergo malolactic fermentation
• Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel cuves
