Soils: Limestone with high percentage of quartz and schist
Vineyard: Single xinomavro parcel planted 44 years ago near Trilofos village. Planted at 200 meters. Warm climate tempered by Mediterranean winds and air flowing down from Vermio mountain. Significant diurnal range and relatively low temperatures despite low altitude.
Winemaking: Grapes are 50% destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 30 days. 12 months in second-use, 500-litre French oak barrels
