Racked to tank, and has been sulphured. A little first touch of honeysuckle, and volatility needed to be tamed, after fermentation both before Christmas and again in the spring. A little tougher to taste but there is a crisp energy as well as the riper citrus fruit. Fair length, youthful bitters, a conservative rating at this stage. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Oct 2024
