Terroir

Tasting Notes
A deep pink hue with a soft, hazy mousse greets the eye. The nose bursts with wild strawberry, raspberry coulis, rose petal, and a hint of crushed herbs — pure, expressive, and a little wild in the best way. On the palate, it’s dry and brisk, with fine, playful bubbles and notes of cranberry, blood orange, rhubarb, and tart cherry. The natural lees contact adds a subtle creamy edge, grounding the vibrant fruit in a lightly savory, mineral backbone. The finish is clean, tangy, and utterly refreshing.
