This Dry Riesling is harvested from their estate vineyards then destemmed, crushed, and pressed. Starting with subtle aromas of grapefruit, it leads into a mouth-watering burst of bright lemon mid-palate. The finish evolves into a clean minerality reflecting the shale content of our easternmost vineyard. Perfectly balanced between acid and sugar levels, we suggest trying it with light green salads, fish, poultry, and mild cheeses.

2022 Vintage Notes:
The 2022 growing season was notable for lower-than- average fruit yields. A heavy crop in 2021 combined with several bitterly cold winter nights in January of 2022 caused the vines to have fewer buds than normal. A hot, dry summer gave berries that were smaller than average, but very high quality. The high ratio of grape skins to pulp increases the complexity and layers of subtle flavors. Wines from this vintage will exhibit bright but well-balanced acidity due to cool overnight temperatures throughout the growing season.
