Wine Critic Reviews

Vinum Wine Magazine (89): Dark garnet in the glass. Expressive nose, leathery notes, gingerbread spices, milk chocolate, and nougat. Juicy and dense on the palate, concentrated, lots of ripe dark fruit. Plus woodruff and young wood. Bitter, slightly coating finish. A good food companion.

Christer Byklum (85): Bright ruby. Leaner nose, spices, red berries and anise nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, red berries, leaner finish.

Wine Enthusiast (92): Aromas of blackberry and butterscotch set the scene for flavors of black cherry, dark plums, toffee and violet that are dropped into plush tannins. This wine slowly winds down into a bright, fruit-filled finish.

Guia Penin (89): Style: herbal, elegant, tasty, spicy; Style: toasty, tasty, jammy, spicy.

James Suckling (N/A): A fresh and fruity red with cherry and berry aromas. It’s crunchy and delicious, with a medium body and a fresh finish. Tempranillo with some graciano. So delicious. A clear and bright crianza. Drink now.
