89-90 Jasper Morris
Another charming purple color, with delicious fruit on the nose. Extravagant fruit, the floral side of raspberry, a little stricter on the palate than the Bourgogne, but this will absolutely do what a Tollot Beaut Chorey should do. Drink from 2026-2030. Tasted: October 2023.

Our Note: This is one of my favorite little wines that is still kind of a secret.  It ALWAYS delivers an honest expression of Pinot Noir from Burgundy, a tasty and very good one at that! There is always fresh and savory raspberry and cherry fruit with notes of wild flowers, and earthy terroir mineralite notes.  Not pretentious, just delicious!
