One of the world's greatest white wines, Chablis is 100% chardonnay from the most northerly of Burgundy regions.  Come learn and taste with us as we guide your through the region different subsection and it's most important vineyards.  Learn how soils, latitude, elevation, climate, farming, and winemaking come together to create this most magnificent expression of Chardonnay.  You will earn all of the insider tips and tricks to help navigate buying, collecting, ordering and drinking one of the world's great wines.  Not all Chablis are created equal and we will help you understand why.  We will geek out on why these wines are so good and so special!

We will taste Grand Cru, Premier Cru, and Village wines from Domaine Moreau-Naudet and Domaine Marcel Servin in both the class and the Tasting Table events.

Part 1: Seated & Guided Class Tasting*
We'll spend about an hour and a half tasting and discussing the most important aspects of Chablis: the soils, the climate, and the winemaking. Ken and I both visited the region a few years ago and have some great insights from that trip and from our education and trade experiences to share!
