Our Tasting Note: Hard to beat for the $. So aromatic for the grape, med+ nose of pear, green apples, some crushed almonds, very subtle pencil lead/shavings, lime, and floral blossom. Med bodied, with med+ flavor intensity, layered and long, cool, and a very persistent finish.  Great wine at a really great price!  We just added this to our in-store hot values section!

Winemaking: Manual harvest and selection of the grapes; gentle pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation; slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees in steel tanks for 6-7 months.
