Reminiscent of the Mixolydien mode, this cuvée is complex, balanced, and marked by a rare silkiness. With the long cellar aging, this makes it a fine, silky and balanced champagne with the interplay of both deep chalky mineral tension and tertiary notes of biscuit combined with savory nuances from cellar aging.
Remember: The numbering of his cuvée names represents the vintage blend (example N° 62 = vintages '14+'15+'16+'17 blend) and is MOSTLY 2017 as its base wine (65%)
