A blend of all village plots with 25% whole bunch. The cuvée is named for Pascal’s father, possibly tongue in cheek. Good depth to the colour, slightly the brighter of the two village wines, with lifted and quite concentrated raspberry notes. Love the perfume. Still mainly raspberry and cherry, with a more floral finish and greater length here. Very striking. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted May 2024.
