The Angels Share Wines Cinsault 2018 is crafted from grapes grown in the Oak Tree Vineyard at the foot of Kastellberg mountain. These vines are nurtured alongside generations-old oak trees, embodying a rich heritage in winemaking. The Cinsault, also known as Hermitage, thrives in the dry, hot conditions of Swartland, offering intense fresh flavors and complex aromas of raspberry, ripe pomegranate, and spicy black tea. This medium-bodied wine boasts an incredible depth and texture, balanced with elegant tannins.

Composition: 100% Cinsault from bush vine vineyards, thriving on a terroir that enhances their rich flavor. Vine age and soil type are integral to the wine's unique profile, with the bush vines naturally producing tight bunches of small berries.

Winemaking: Hand-harvested using small open crates, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed in open fermenters. A cooler fermentation temperature is maintained to preserve freshness and the wine's rich red fruit flavors.

Aging: Matured in old French oak hogshead barrels for 12 months to develop its complex character.
