The Manuel D'Amaro Albarino from Rias Baixas is a testament to the vineyard's commitment to sustainable practices and natural winemaking. Nestled in the hill vineyards around the quaint village of Rubios, this wine is crafted from 20-year-old vines that thrive in deep loess soils, kissed by the Atlantic breeze. The result is a beautifully pale gold wine with a fresh nose of stone fruits, delivering a delicate and elegant palate with balanced fruit flavors and fresh acidity.
Composition: 100% Albarino. Vine age: 20 years. Soil type: Deep loess soils.
Winemaking: Traditional fermentation in small stainless steel tanks with no chaptalization or acidification.
Aging: Approximately 2 months on lees, with minimal fining or filtration.
