Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir sourced across multiple vineyard parcels, this rosé reflects a blend of Oxfordian limestone soils and Kimmeridgian marl. Whole clusters are gently direct-pressed, preserving freshness and finesse. Fermentation takes place over three weeks, primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a small portion aged in neutral oak barrels to add subtle texture and depth. The wine is bottled in the spring following harvest.
Our Take: A finely tuned rosé with aromas of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and red currant lifted by fresh-cut herbs. The palate is crisp and linear, balancing delicate berry fruit with bright acidity and a chalky mineral edge that drives a clean, refreshing finish.
