A high-altitude, biodynamically farmed white wine from the Jura region of France. Produced by Guillaume d’Angerville of Burgundy’s renowned Domaine Marquis d'Angerville, this vintage reflects a Burgundian focus on finesse blended with Jura's distinct mineral intensity.
Aromas: A precise and aromatic nose featuring lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and crushed seashells, complemented by toasted hazelnut and flinty minerality.
Palate: Medium-bodied and textural with crisp orchard fruits, citrus, and a subtle leesy weight. It is defined by taut acidity and a chalky mineral core.
Finish: Long, linear, and dry, finishing with a saline lift and savory notes of almond skin and stone dust.
