This Chardonnay has a pale yellow color and an intense nose of citrus, apple, and white fruit. On the palate, it is round and structured, with buttery and pastry notes, as well as a touch of almond. The finish is persistent, with a lovely minerality, reflecting the limestone terroir of the Côtes d'Auxerre.
Vineyards & Viticulture
From three parcels (4.5 hectares) in Vaux. Planted down the slope where there is more limestone. Trained single and double Guyot.

Harvest & Vinification
Hand-harvested. Direct press with fermentation half in neutral oak barrels and half in stainless steel with native yeast. Aged 12 months.
