The Saint-Chamant estate, established in 1950 by Christian Coquillette, offers a stunning rendition of Blanc de Blancs with its 2010 'Brut Integral' release. Nestled in the prestigious Champagne region, the estate is known for its historic cellars and dedication to traditional winemaking techniques. This vintage exemplifies the terroir of Chouilly, bringing forward a refined balance of flavors and a crisp, invigorating finish.
Composition: 100% Chardonnay. The vines are rooted in chalky soils, lending a unique mineral quality. Winemaking: Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit. Aging: Aged on lees in the estate's historic underground cellars for over five years, enhancing complexity and depth.
