Pale lemon, clean and clear cut. Correctly ripe, a little bit of spice at the finish, which falls away a touch compared to the St-Aubin backbone. Still, a very sound Chassagne from white terroirs if I remember correctly. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Nov 2025.
